Cold temperatures and forced indoor heat rapidly dehydrate the skin. So can over-zealous peels or topicals. Restore skin quickly with EmerginC hydra-repair intensive topical infusion capsules. These ingenious ampoule capsules are filled with the perfect pre-measured doses. Packed with hydrating, non-greasy goodness, use it alone or mixed into your moisturizer to instantly restore skin.
WHAT IT IS
An intensive skin hydration treatment, delivered in precise doses kept fresh until use in forty capsules per jar.
WHAT IT IS GOOD FOR
Mix the contents of one capsule with your moisturizer for an emergency skin rescue after sunburn, wind, cold, and chill. Or, apply one capsule of contents directly to the face and throat for a dry skin beauty emergency. A go-to staple for general skin moisture maintenance for the chronically dry-skinned.
WHAT WE LOVE
This non-greasy formulation works as both an immediate skin-rescue product and functions as a pre-emptive treatment to keep chronically dry skin supple. It works applied directly or mixed into our favorite moisturizer.
I love being able to use a capsule whenever I want to look instantly smoother and need a non-greasy boost of hydration.
THE EXPERIENCE
Twist off the top of the capsule “head” and squeeze the contents into a dose of moisturizer or apply the contents directly to the face and throat.
CONSISTENCY & APPLICATION
Since it contains rich oils, I thought the application might be messy.
The capsule contents are thicker than oil, something of a liquidy honey consistency. So I expected it to be too stiff to spread easily on the skin. It smoothly and immediately sank into my skin. And the finish was not at all oily or sticky even when applied directly.
Massaging it into the face and throat feels relaxing and spa-like. It tackles everything from chronically dry lips to eleven lines or undereye dryness.
EmerginC Hydra-Repair Intensive Topical Infusion capsule form makes this rich treatment portable for beauty emergencies.
Each EmerginC Hydra-Repair Intensive Topical Infusion Capsule holds just the right dose to treat face and throat. A highly effective “skin reset button” on overzealous Retin-A, aHA, or other topical actives use.
Let’s take a look at the impressive ingredient profile:
Active Ingredients
Avocado Oil
Avocado Oil hydrates like natural skin sebum and improves skin elasticity. It contains Chlorophyll, an antioxidant that protects from premature aging. Rich in fatty acids Omega 3 and 6, it strengthens the skin lipid barrier. Vitamins C, D, and E, Avocado Oil promotes wound healing and collagen production [1] without clogging pores. Avocado oil also contains oleic acid, a fatty acid that reduces inflammation and redness while fighting wrinkles.
Unlike other fatty oils that stay on the skin surface, Avocado absorbs into the skin for better hydration potential.
Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E)
Tocopheryl Acetate is Vitamin E. E makes damaged skin soft and pliable again while reducing wrinkle formation.
Ceramide-3
Ceramides are fatty acids that hold cells together to protect the epidermis. Ceramides create a wonderful protective barrier layer. They hold in moisture and plump the skin. Natural ceramides deplete with age. Even younger skin loses ceramides when using harsh cleansers or drying skincare products.
This formula uses an important ceramide, Trihydroxypalmitamidohydroxypropyl Myristyl Ether, AKA Ceramide 3. Ceramide 3 keeps skin hydrated without being greasy. Ceramide 3 is often used as a moisturizing ingredient. This enhances the smooth product finish while repairing the skin barrier.
Vitamin A (Retinyl Palmitate)
An antioxidant found naturally in our skin. Vitamin A (Retinyl Palmitate) is a natural form of Vitamin A that helps with wrinkles and fine lines. It also boosts collagen production to make skin look younger and plumper. It promotes cell regeneration.
Also
Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil
Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil is Sunflower Seed Oil. Sunflower Seed Oil retains moisture in the skin and functions as a lipid buffer against drying ingredients or topical medicines [2]. Linoleic acid gives sunflower seed oil anti-inflammatory and hydrating properties. Sunflower Oil is non-comedogenic and can safely moisturize acne-prone areas. It soothes eczema, scarring, redness, and irritation.
A helpful anti-aging ingredient because it contains antioxidants Vitamins A, C and E. As a result, the wrinkles and fine lines are diminished and the skin gets a youthful and radiant complexion. Other nutrients found include elastin producing Copper plus Palmitic acid, Omega-6 fatty acids, Iron, Calcium and Zinc.
It extendedly smoothes and hydrates.
Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride
Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride is one of the cleanest ingredients with no reported toxicity, it is safe enough to be food grade. Capric Triglyceride naturally occurs in palm kernel or coconut oil. It is a mixed ester composed of caprylic and capric fatty acids attached to glycerin. Caprylic/capric triglyceride is a natural skin replenishing emollient that creates a barrier on the skin’s surface, which helps to reduce skin dryness by decreasing the loss of moisture. [3] It can make greasy ingredients leave a non-greasy finish. A gentle ingredient.
Caprylic/capric triglyceride creates a barrier on the skin’s surface to reduce moisture loss and address dryness.

That lipstick is so pretty
Style Chicks says
Isn’t it Hannah? The shade is Paris at 7PM by Madame Gabriela Beauty. We will be featuring this clean luxury brand and other shades in an upcoming post.
Gemma Little says
Does it work for glycolic peel irritation?
Style Chicks says
Good question, Gemma!
We love mixing these capsules with our favorite moisturizer post aHA peels. They keep skin smooth and supple!
Rachelle Nunke says
Will these oils cause breakouts?
Style Chicks says
Hello Rachelle! Sunflower and Avocado are both low on the comedogenic scale and unlikely to cause breakouts. Avocado is better for dry acne prone skin but could contribute to clogged pores on acne prone oily skin.
