For a fabulous little bootie like this week’s Jonathan Kelsey Metallic Shoe Booties, your lipstick will be influenced by the rest of your outfit. But a great base is the same as July 28th’s match – start with Liptini Mixer Lip Pencil in Pink Whip to add a cool undertone to your lips, and then dab on Liptini Straight Up Lipstick in Irish Creme. From there, add a Topper Lip Gloss that matches the undertone of your outfit – if you are playing up a gold tone in your clothes, add Liptini Topper Lip Gloss in Spritzer for a gold-hued finish, Liptini Topper Lip Gloss in Champagne for an icy beige, or Liptini Topper Lip Gloss in Pink Ice.
