I’m still completely entranced by Liptini Lip and Cheek Stains, but they have many more incredible products as well. To match with the soft blush of the Vince Camuto Killah Peep Toe Slingback, try this combo: start with Tini Beauty Liptini Mixer Lip Base Pencil in Pink Whip , a pale pink frost to make color cooler & pinker, and then add Liptini Topper Lipgloss in Pink Ice, a sheer, glimmering pink shine to get the pictured blush lipped look.

New Products: Kinerase Clear Skin Starter Kit
I love Kinerase for soothing my rosacea, so I was excited to see Kinerase Clear Skin Starter Kit at Sephora. It’s difficult to find acne prevention products for sensitive skin, but this three piece kit (a skin regulating mask, a treatment serum, and a lightweight oil-free moisturizer) keeps your skin clear while being mindful that your skin is sensitive. I’m looking forward to trying it.
Find it at Sephora.com for $85.
Liptini Lip Liqueur Lip & Cheek Stain in Chambord matches the Banana Republic Silk Dress
A great match for that great plum Banana Republic Silk Dress is Liptini Lip Liqueur Lip & Cheek Stain in Chambord. A matte cool plum purple is a great base color for a dress with such a rich color. Add Liptini’s Topper Lip Gloss in Blue Flame to make it the perfectly flattering matching shade.
Don’t forget about Sephora’s Free Shipping on orders of $25 or more
Through the month of May, Sephora is offering free shipping on orders of $25 or more with the code C2548F.
Check out our list of great products to get around the $25 mark, and don’t forget about Fekkai’s SunShine Shield Spray for $22.
Fekkai Friday: Frederic Fekkai SunShine Shield Spray
I’ve done a pretty good job over the past couple of years in keeping my hair from oxidizing from sun exposure – a real peril of long hair is looking like you have strange extensions at a certain point when the sun damages the shaft of your hair and the color (natural or processed) changes. At least the ends of my hair are pretty close to the color of my roots lately.
Unfortunately keeping color isn’t easy – a lot of updos and hats are involved if I’m going beachside. I’ve tried various hair SPF formulas – but most leave my hair with too much residue and far too dull. Next on my list to try is Fekkai’s SunShine Shield Spray, which sounds pretty good from the write-up.
To avoid the “too much product” factor, it sprays out in a micro-spray so you can control how much goes on. It contains an SPF to protect against sun damage, as well as lightweight silicone to keep moisture in your hair. It also contains Sunflower Seed Oil – which is an absolutely amazing hair conditioner. On top of all that, it adds shine to your hair (a welcome feature for me after all the dulling hair protector products I’ve tried over the years!).
You can find Frederic Fekkai Summer Hair Sunshine Shield Spray at Sephora for $22. I’m looking forward to trying it.
